With new legislation due to affect the lettings industry at the beginning of 2012 it will be even more important that a strong inventory is in place.  Suzanne Smith, Maintenance Manager at The Property Letting Centre is delighted to be working with, Mobile Inventory.

In the past we carried out an inventory but working with Mobile Inventory means through i-phone technology we can easily attach digital pictures to the document which is in turn signed by the tenant.  The end product is a high quality, professional inventory which is designed to protect all parties i.e. Landlord and Tenant alike.  What’s more is they will be free to our existing Landlords and for a limited time any new Landlord.
